Overview
TOP2A gene amplification probe is designed to qualitatively and quantitatively assess the copy number status (amplification or deletion) of the Topoisomerase II Alpha (TOP2A) gene on chromosome 17q21.2. This gene is frequently co-amplified with the HER2 gene and serves as a critical biomarker for prognosis and treatment selection in breast and other high-risk cancers.
