Overview
CEPY/CEPX probe is used to identify sex chromosome anomalies in patients with Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) or other hematological malignancies. It is primarily used to detect the loss of chromosome Y (-Y) and to monitor chimerism following sex-mismatched bone marrow transplants.
