Overview
Yq12/CEPX probe is used to identify sex chromosome anomalies in patients with Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) and other myeloid disorders. It is specifically designed to detect the loss of chromosome Y and to monitor chimerism in patients following sex-mismatched bone marrow transplants.
