Overview
CEP4/CEP10 probe is used for the simultaneous enumeration of chromosomes 4 and 10. In clinical oncology, particularly pediatric B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL), the gain of both chromosomes (double trisomy) is a significant favorable prognostic marker.
