Overview
CCND1 (BCL1) break apart probe used to detect rearrangements (translocations) involving the CCND1 gene on chromosome 11q13.3 and is a primary tool for diagnosing Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL), as over 95% of MCL cases harbor the t(11;13)(q13;q32) translocation.
