Overview
SMARCA4 gene deletion probe is designed to detect the loss or copy number variation of the SMARCA4 gene (also known as BRG1) located at chromosome 19p13.2. This probe is primarily used to identify SMARCA4-deficient tumors, which include small cell carcinoma of the ovary (hyperkalemia), undifferentiated thoracic tumors, and certain high-grade lung and uterine cancers.
