IKZF3 (also known as Aiolos) gene amplification probe is used to detect increases in the copy number of the IKZF3 gene on chromosome 17q12-q21.1. IKZF3 is a member of the Ikaros family of transcription factors and is recognized as a significant oncogene in both solid tumors and hematological malignancies
